Our Weekly Schedule

First time?  Please pre-register on our website, or give us a call.  We'll contact you to chat about which programs may best suit your recovery goals.  

Please note that our schedule is subject to change. We're always closed for August and for about two weeks during the December holidays. 

Tuesdays

WHERE:  St. David's Anglican Church, 1115 51A St, Tsawwassen

10:30 AM - Speech Language Pathology 

10:30 AM - Conversation Group 

10:30 AM - Brain Games (cognitive activities)

11:30 AM - Chair Fitness (all abilities) 

12:30 PM - Bring Your Own Lunch & Social Time

1:15 PM - Wrap Up

 

*Last Tuesday each month:

  • 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM - Caregivers Conversation Group 

  • 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM - Brain Games & Conversation Group replaced by Therapeutic Music – listen or sing along.

  • 12:30 PM - 1:15 PM - Soup & sandwich lunch is served (no charge, donations welcome)

Wednesdays

WHERE:  St. Cuthbert Anglican Church, 11601 82 Ave, North Delta

10:30 AM - Activities for Cognition (all abilities)
11:30 AM - Fitness for Strength & Balance (all abilities)
12:15 PM - Wrap up

Thursdays

WHERE:  on Zoom

10:30 - 11:30 AM - Aphasia Communication Group 

Speech-Language 

We offer programs for stroke survivors with aphasia and apraxia, This includes Speech Language Pathology for those with acute needs. and conversation groups.

Cognitive Activities

We offer weekly brain games and learning opportunities to help increase cognitive activity for stroke survivors.

Fitness & Mobility

Keeping an active lifestyle after stroke has mobility and emotional benefits, as well as help prevent secondary strokes.  Classes are led by certified fitness instructors.

Whether you're a stroke survivor, caregiver, family member or friend, we know how important it is to have a community.  Check out our Delta and provincial resources.
