What
We Offer

We provide a positive, joyful, and safe environment for stroke survivors and their families on their journey towards recovery.

We offer a mix of in-person and online speech-language, cognitive, and fitness and mobility programs for stroke survivors to support their ongoing recovery, once publicly-funded rehab has finished.  We also offer social opportunities, horticultural therapy, music programs, and monthly guest speakers from the Delta community.

For family caregivers, we offer a monthly in-person support group to connect with one another and make connections with community resources.

These programs are offered year-round except in August and for about 2 weeks over the December holidays.

Navigating the challenges of stroke recovery can be overwhelming, which is why we strive to make our programs accessible to all.
