Family & Caregiver Support
We're dedicated to helping caregivers and families by providing resources, guidance, and a supportive community. We're here to support, where we can, every step of the recovery process.

Whether it's connecting you with local healthcare providers, accessing community services, or simply providing a listening ear, we're here to assist you anyway we can.

In addition to practical assistance, we offer opportunities for caregivers and families to engage in conversations and supportive social connections.

Community
Building
Join us as we come together to learn, connect, and support one another on this journey.

Monthly Family
Caregivers
Group
Join us for informative and engaging discussions on various topics at our Caregivers Conversation group, last Tuesday every month.
As peers, Caregivers share valuable insights, tips, and strategies to help caregivers and families better understand and navigate the challenges of stroke recovery.
Stroke recovery is better with friends, and caregiving is easier with friends, too.
Social Lunches
Our South Delta program features a "bring your own lunch" program, which provides members with a chance to engage in unstructured conversation, share information, and catch up.
On the last Tuesday of each month, stroke survivors, caregivers, and family members are all welcome to join us for a soup and sandwich lunch.
Enjoy a comforting bowl of hot soup catered by Ossie's while connecting with friends and neighbours from the Delta community. It's an opportunity to relax and forge meaningful connections with others on the same journey.
Caregiver Resources
We understand the significant role caregivers play in the journey to recovery, and how real the burn-out can get. But no one has to go it alone.
Tap into our collective wisdom by exploring the community resources available on our website, or connect with our Program Coordinator to find resources that can make a difference in your caregiving journey.
